Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the execution of complex, cross-functional projects. This role acts as a key liaison among project management, planning teams, project staff, and line leadership, focusing on document control, records management, logistics coordination, deliverable tracking, and cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years with Masters; or 10 years with HS diploma.
• Experience providing administrative or operational project support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with limited oversight.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across project teams and stakeholders.
• Support document control and tracking of submittals and responses.
• Coordinate team activities and logistics for multiple locations.
• Assist with internal records management across projects and teams.
• Track project status, schedules, and budgets; deliver status reports.
• Identify risks or issues and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain tools and processes for monitoring progress and early intervention.
• Facilitate communication across internal and external groups.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and work independently.
