Qualifications

• US citizen and ability to pass a background check
• 1-3 years experience in a project manager role or project leadership
• PMP certification or comparable project management training preferred
• Experience developing and maintaining project charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications
• Experience coordinating delivery across business and technical teams in a matrixed environment
• Healthcare, insurance, regulated operations, or technology-enabled delivery experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead project definition, planning, and initiation of complex initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance, data, vendors
• Maintain delivery momentum, track progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and readiness
• Manage RAID, dependencies, decisions, and change control with clear ownership
• Provide concise status reports and governance-ready evidence of delivery health
