Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, project management, or related field.
• Advanced education or professional development in project management, business, technology, healthcare administration, change management, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience leading projects, initiatives, or complex cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition by creating delivery clarity, coordinating cross-functional execution, maintaining reliable evidence, and enabling timely sponsor decisions.
• Own initiative-level execution within PMO; coordinate implementation, stabilization, transition-to-operations, and project closure activities.
• Identify, document, assess, and actively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies in a RAID log; maintain a decision log.
• Establish and maintain baselines for scope, schedule, milestones, cost, and quality; communicate changes and update artifacts accordingly.
• Develop and maintain fit-for-purpose charters, integrated plans, schedules, milestone maps, resource needs, and delivery assumptions.
• Collaborate with sponsors, owners, and teams to ensure readiness, acceptance criteria, and successful handoffs.
