Job summary

Qualifications

• Due to Department of Defense (DOD) contract requirements, US citizenship and a background check are required.
• Minimum 1–3 years in a project manager or leadership role; five+ years preferred.
• PMP or related certification is preferred where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, planning, and initiation with clear success measures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance, data, and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision meetings with defined owners and due dates.
• Track scope, schedule, cost, quality, readiness, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs; escalate risks early with recommended actions.
• Ensure changes follow proper review paths and are communicated promptly.
• Support readiness, adoption, and transition to operations at closure.
