Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from inception through transition, ensuring clear delivery plans and governance. The role partners with sponsors, business owners, and cross-functional teams to manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while maintaining robust evidence of delivery health.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, building integrated plans, and coordinating stakeholders across business, technology, and operations.

Qualifications

• Due to DoD contract, US citizen and background check required.
• 1–3 years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role.
• PMP certification or comparable project management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with delivery clarity.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, and vendors.
• Identify, document, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes in RAID.
• Ensure deliverables meet documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
