United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from definition to transition. The role ensures disciplined planning, coordination, and delivery across business, technology, operations, regulatory, and vendor partners.

The PMO framework requires proactive leadership, clear decision logs, and timely sponsor decisions. The incumbent will own the integrated plan, manage RAID items, dependencies, and changes, and maintain delivery momentum while ensuring compliance

Formación

• US citizen and pass a background check.
• 1-3 years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with a clear delivery plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, regulatory and vendors.
• Maintain an integrated project plan, track scope, schedule, cost, quality, readiness, and outcomes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes with transparent evidence of delivery health.
• Coordinate governance forums, escalation paths, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones.
• Oversee initiation, planning, execution, and closure activities.
