Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Project Financial Coordinator to support an Enterprise PMO. You will manage budgets, create forecasts, code invoices, and deliver financial reporting. This contract role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and scalable processes across cross‑functional teams.

The position is fully remote in the United States, with collaboration across multiple departments and a focus on financial transparency and program execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project support roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials: budget tracking, forecasting, accruals, invoice coding/processing, financial analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Prepare and maintain project forecasts and accruals.
• Review, code, and process project-related invoices.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and maintain documentation.
• Communicate financial status updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Support portfolio-level reporting and financial governance.
