TEKsystems is seeking a Project Coordinator/Assistant for a 5-month contract to support Complex Change Requests within Clinical Systems Operations/Strategy PMO. The role requires structured coordination, intake validation, and timeline development across multiple teams to ensure timely execution and alignment between technical groups and practice requesters.

• 3+ years of business experience (can be internship exp).
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, follow-up items, and meeting documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CCR intake validation and scoping.
• Develop and track project timelines and deliverables.
• Document meeting notes and decisions.
• Communicate with stakeholders across Solution Teams and IT build groups.
