Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project support roles.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Project Financial Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote

Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Financials Coordinator to support a high‑performing Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO). This individual will play a critical role in project financial oversight by managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, tracking forecasts, and supporting financial reporting efforts across strategic enterprise initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who has strong project coordination experience combined with hands‑on project financial management expertise and advanced Excel skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
