Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC seeks a seasoned Project Executive to lead a portfolio of control systems projects across safety, quality, schedule, and cost. You will guide Project Managers, act as the primary escalation point, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

In this remote US-role, you will drive predictable delivery outcomes, strengthen project execution, and partner with engineering and business development to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 25-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management or program delivery.
• Proven experience leading portfolios of complex, customer-facing projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of projects, including risk, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers to ensure consistent execution and professional growth.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and customer concerns.
• Review and approve project forecasts, cost-to-complete reports, and financial projections.
• Ensure projects are delivered at or above target gross profit margins.
• Support resource planning and staffing forecasts in partnership with engineering and business development.
