Job summary

Thermo Systems is a global, full-service control systems integration partner delivering world-class automation solutions across multiple markets. This role leads and develops a team, taking responsibility for technical and commercial success of complex projects.

You will collaborate with BD and project managers to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery while mentoring teams and enforcing QMS and cross-functional coordination. Overnight travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in EE/ME/CS with relevant experience.
• 13+ years of experience.
• PE licensure or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of domain expertise and participate in professional activities.
• Collaborate with BD to develop technical proposals and presentations for customers.
• Lead multiple projects to deliver technical and commercial success on time and under budget.
• Mentor teams and provide guidance on technical and operational perspectives.
• Drive design philosophies and oversee change orders and subcontractor work.
