Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead a portfolio of complex control systems projects remotely in the United States. You will own delivery performance, mentor Project Managers, and serve as the main escalation point for risks and client concerns.

The role requires 15+ years of delivery experience in industrial environments and a PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. You will review forecasts, ensure profitability, and align execution with QMS standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in project or program delivery within industrial or technical environments.
• Proven experience leading complex project portfolios and high-performing teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of complex projects including risk, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers to drive consistent, high-quality execution
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical project risks, issues, and customer concerns
• Review and approve project forecasts, cost-to-complete reports, and financial projections
• Ensure projects are delivered at or above target gross profit margins
• Provide strategic oversight on project execution, contracts, and commercial performance
• Support resource planning and staffing forecasts in partnership with engineering and business development
• Align project execution with Thermo Systems standards, QMS requirements, and strategic objectives
• Support business development efforts through staffing alignment and customer relationship support
• Maintain executive-level relationships with customers, general contractors, and key partners
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture across all project teams
