Job summary

Thermo Systems in the United States is seeking a Program Executive to lead a portfolio of complex, customer-facing automation programs. You will drive delivery from kickoff through commissioning, balancing safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction while serving as the executive interface for customers.

You will partner with Commercial, Engineering, Operations and Field leadership to mitigate risk, improve delivery discipline, and develop delivery leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years delivering complex, customer-facing programs with field components.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience in energy, life sciences, manufacturing, or mission critical sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of programs, including safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from kickoff through closeout with planning discipline and effective handoffs.
• Establish governance cadence with steering committees and executive reviews.
• Serve as executive-level customer interface and communicate risks clearly.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, field teams to align delivery strategy.
