Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks a Project Data Analytics Solutions Manager to lead dashboards, analytics, and automation for the Project Accounting team in Bellevue, WA. You will partner with leaders to translate needs into data solutions, maintain data lake reporting, and support IT and shared-service initiatives.

You will own data models, validation checks, and KPI reporting, while driving adoption through training and documentation across Project Analysts, Billers, and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Significant experience in project accounting, financial operations, billing, and reporting.
• Advanced Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and SQL data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead dashboards, reports, analytics, and self-service data for Project Accounting.
• Define requirements, metrics, data definitions, and drill-through reporting.
• Develop data models, ensure data quality, and monitor reconciliations and aging analyses.
• Automate reporting and improve data access for leadership and stakeholders.
