Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Data Analytics Solutions Manager to lead data, reporting, analytics, automation, and self-service solutions for the Project Accounting department. Collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations will ensure accurate and timely project financial information.

This role will manage dashboards, analytical tools, and data quality controls, leveraging Power BI and SQL-connected data to support enterprise initiatives and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in project accounting, BI, and data analytics.
• Advanced Power BI with data modeling and DAX expertise.
• Experience with SQL-connected enterprise data and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of Project Accounting dashboards and self-service data capabilities.
• Define requirements, metrics, data definitions, and reporting needs.
• Build reliable data models and reporting controls and validate data.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations to translate needs into solutions.
• Plan testing, training, and rollout of analytics initiatives.
