Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks a Digital Solutions Specialist in Boston, MA to support the Digital Advisory team. You will assist with configuring and deploying project management platforms, analyze project data, and develop dashboards to enhance decision-making and governance.

You will work under senior staff, helping implement digital workflows, templates, and best practices, while providing user training and ongoing tool adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting digital solutions, project technology, project controls, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with project data, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions that align with client project and governance requirements.
• Assist with configuring, testing, and deploying project management and construction management platforms.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for project teams and stakeholders.
• Support contract administration and project controls workflows, including document management, RFIs, submittals, change tracking, and project closeout activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Help develop and maintain digital workflows, standards, templates, and best practices.
• Provide user support, training, and adoption assistance for digital tools and platforms.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing project delivery and operational performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of project and client objectives.
