Ladders is seeking a Project Data Analytics Solutions Manager to lead data-driven reporting and analytics for project accounting and financial operations. You will partner with IT and stakeholders to translate needs into practical tools, enhance data quality, and support smarter decision-making.

This remote US-based role emphasizes dashboard development, reporting controls, and process improvements to boost efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Significant experience in project accounting, financial operations, or data analytics.
• Ability to translate complex needs into practical solutions.
• Advanced Power BI data modeling and dashboard design.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliations, and UAT.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of project accounting dashboards and reports.
• Define business requirements and metrics for data lake and reporting activities.
• Build and support reliable data models and reporting controls using SQL-connected data.
• Identify and resolve data-quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into sustainable solutions with IT and other departments.
• Plan and coordinate testing for integration and user acceptance.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and data quality.
