Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Data Analytics Solutions Manager to lead the development, delivery, and support of data, reporting, analytics, and automation for Project Accounting. This role partners with leadership to translate needs into practical solutions and enhance timely, accurate project financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Significant experience in project accounting, financial operations, billing, and BI.
• Ability to translate complex needs into practical reporting and automation.
• Advanced Power BI expertise including data modeling and financial reporting.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliations, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, support, and continuous improvement of dashboards and reports across project financials.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, metrics, and data definitions.
• Build reliable data models and controls, ensuring data quality and validation.
• Identify root causes of data issues and implement sustainable corrections.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and operations to translate needs into solutions.
• Plan testing, acceptance, and readiness for system changes and deployments.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, and AI tools.
• Develop training materials and user support for project analysts and leaders.
• Gather enhancement requests and maintain a roadmap; monitor adoption and impact.
• Create standardized reporting packages with monthly, quarterly, and annual insights.
• Stay current on analytics best practices and propose process improvements.
• Support enterprise system implementations and other related responsibilities.
