Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Project Data Analytics Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

In this role, you will lead the development of data-driven reporting and analytics solutions that improve visibility into project accounting and financial operations. You will partner with IT, business stakeholders, and end users to translate complex needs into practical tools, strengthen data quality, and support smarter decision-making. This position also plays a key role in dashboard development, reporting controls, and process improvements that enhance efficiency across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,345 – $130,680 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of project accounting dashboards and reports
• Define business requirements and metrics for data lake and reporting activities
• Build and support reliable data models and reporting controls using SQL-connected data
• Identify and resolve data-quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Translate business needs into sustainable solutions with IT and other departments
• Plan and coordinate testing for integration and user acceptance
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and data quality

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project accounting, financial operations, or data analytics
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design
• Experience with data validation, reconciliations, and user acceptance testing
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar digital tools preferred
