Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Dublin, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator for a long-term temporary assignment. You will support Store Operations with end-to-end project coordination in a corporate environment and report KPIs to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities include detailed project planning, updates, and cross-functional communication. Requirements include a college degree, strong time management and MS Office proficiency; PMP is a plus, with travel to Dublin quarterly.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
• Experience within construction or retail industries is a plus
• Must demonstrate independent decision-making abilities
• Must possess strong time management and communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Detailed project plans and associated updates/communications
• Critical thinking to solve complex project challenges to meet business needs
• Design and implement new reporting to track KPIs and insights
• Complete projects on time to achieve desired business outcomes
