Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the PMO in planning, executing, and closing enterprise projects. The role is remote from Baton Rouge, LA, or hybrid in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC, with travel up to 25% if based elsewhere.

You’ll coordinate plans, document scope and timelines, manage communications, and assist Project Managers on larger initiatives, delivering accurate project updates and reports on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Project Assistant or similar role.
• Limited travel if located in Baton Rouge, LA; travel up to 25% if located elsewhere.
• Experience with managing and organizing tasks and timelines as well as coordinating, scheduling, and leading meetings.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for project teams, documenting scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate project team meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks including processing project requests, documenting updates, and reporting.
• Assist Project Managers on larger enterprise projects and liaise between team members and the lead PM.
