Job summary

Cycurion, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator 1 for remote work, averaging 30 hours per week with a path to full-time in 2027. The role coordinates project resources, maintains talent databases, and analyzes backlogs to support timely delivery across client accounts.

The successful candidate will work with operations, sales, and project delivery teams, leveraging MS Office tools and a dispatch system to optimize utilization and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe proficiency; Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to be trained to maintain and schedule resources.
• Ability to manage time, multi-task, and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Executes PMO standards and methodologies for project and resource coordination.
• Schedules resources for client requirements and assists in selection/assignment.
• Works with coordinators, PMs and management to keep records accurate.
• Maintains talent database to meet timeliness and quality standards.
• Analyzes backlogs to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Maintains online databases and streamlines processes for customers.
• Balances demand vs supply considering skills, geography, objectives and SLA.
• Collaborates with Sales on staffing implications for upcoming deals.
