Job summary

Celerity energy engineers is seeking a Project Coordinator/Analyst to support Technical Project Managers in day-to-day execution. This hands-on role emphasizes Jira/Confluence administration, reporting, and coordination to provide accurate, timely information for decision-making.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in a similar role, and strong communication and multitasking skills with a client-facing consulting environment. Remote work and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, fields, and permissions.
• Create and maintain Confluence spaces, pages, and templates.
• Generate reports/dashboards from Jira (JQL, gadgets).
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and minutes; track actions.
• Support onboarding of new team members to tools and processes.
