Job summary

Draganfly Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of diverse projects within the PMO.

This remote U.S.-based role collaborates with Project Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR. You will help keep schedules, deliverables, and documentation organized, track dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or certifications in business, project management, or engineering related fields.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, executing, and closing projects.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, requirements, and action items.
• Track activities, deadlines, dependencies, and update stakeholders.
• Gather project updates and provide clear status visibility.
• Assist with project setup, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support multiple concurrent projects across functional teams.
