Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Coordinator Consultant to support Oracle Construction, Engineering, Energy and Water projects across all US time zones. This remote role involves coordinating project activities, reporting risks, and assisting with data collection and requirements under guidance from the project management team.

You will build client relationships, communicate updates, and collaborate with internal SMEs to drive on-time delivery while embracing AI tools and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of professional work experience, with a preference for consulting or software product company.
• Experience with construction, engineering and utility customers (electric, gas or water) is highly desired.
• Must reside in PST, MST, CST or EST time zone.
• Travel up to 50% based on customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; embrace the use of AI tools and agents.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% based on customer needs.
• Proactively communicate and address issues.
• Professional attitude, business acumen and strong work ethic required.
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Experience with a project scheduling tool preferred; maintain project schedules, action logs, and status reports under the direction of the project manager.
• Coordinate meetings and document decisions, owners, and follow-up actions.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Support subject matter experts in collecting project information and documenting requirements.
• Communicate project updates clearly and help follow up on client and internal team commitments.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and shared project resources.

Responsibilities

• Support project management on routine consulting projects.
• Identify, resolve, and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.
• Support data collection and system design requirements for optimal solution build.
• Consult with internal teams to bi-directionally share status, timelines and updates.
• Build positive client relationships and help navigate through conflicts to achieve objectives.
• Support internal initiatives along with integrated collaboration across the Consulting organization.
• Coordinate meetings and document decisions, owners, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain project schedules, action logs, and status reports under PM guidance.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Communicate project updates clearly and follow up on commitments.
