Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our data center construction program. You will collect and organize project updates, maintain trackers, coordinate meetings, and assist with project closeout across multiple projects under senior leadership.

Responsibilities include preparing agendas, tracking decisions, and ensuring timely follow-ups, while maintaining program documents and templates. Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant construction coordination/project admin experience.
• Strong organization and follow-through to manage tasks across multiple projects.
• Clear communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and project documents.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and shared document systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program and project trackers with milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record decisions and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure due dates and status updates.
• Organize project kickoff and planning activities and manage readiness checklists.
• Maintain risk and issue trackers and follow up on overdue items.
