Hydrogen Group is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Coordinator to support engineering and construction teams across wind, solar, transmission, and storage projects. The role is primarily remote with occasional site travel in the United States, and involves coordinating procurement, documentation, and project reporting using Oracle Primavera Unifier and other PM tools.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain meticulous records, prepare weekly reports, and support onboarding of new users.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project administration, document control, or construction administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project requirements.
• Experience maintaining project records, reports, trackers, and administrative documentation.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and procurement workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with multiple project teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to engineering and construction site teams across multiple renewable energy projects.
• Assist with project progress tracking, document management, reporting, and general project coordination.
• Establish and manage third-party administrative accounts, including shipping and office supply vendors.
• Coordinate office supply orders, site equipment, company vehicles, insurance documentation, and shipping requirements.
• Request site trailer equipment and materials from EPC contractors.
• Coordinate project-specific supplies, equipment kits, oil sampling kits, and other operational materials.
• Maintain and update project contact lists and administrative records.
