Job summary

Astreya seeks a Project Coordinator I to plan and coordinate projects from initiation to delivery, including logistics planning, network/server/software deployments, and PC deployment and upgrades. Projects vary in size and complexity and follow established procedures with detailed instructions.

You will gather requirements, provide weekly updates, maintain schedules, monitor tickets, and work with regional teams to resolve blockers and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work both in office and remote, with possible schedule adjustments for regional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provides weekly project updates including action item updates.
• Schedules and coordinates project reviews and follows up on actions.
• Communicates status to the team clearly and accurately.
• Assist with maintaining project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
• Identify issues, resolve blockers, escalate when needed.
• Support stakeholder meetings and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor ticketing system and reassign/create tickets as required.
• Produce regular reports and identify trends for process improvement.
