Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage high-volume rebate applications and work orders.
• Validate customer eligibility, equipment requirements, and incentive payments.
• Work within Salesforce queues to track, manage, and complete assignments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve application issues.
• Review digital and PDF-based documents while maintaining data accuracy.
• Support energy efficiency, EV rebate, and demand response programs.
• Assist with operational improvements and workflow efficiencies.
