Job summary

Artemis Connection, a strategic management consultancy, seeks a Consultant for a 12-month engagement. The role is remote with some travel to Washington DC.

The work includes program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation and reporting to support Healthcare and Benefits Act implementation, plus cross-sector collaboration.

Requirements include minimum 5 years in program/project management, 2 years consulting, healthcare experience, and VA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of consulting experience preferred.
• Healthcare or healthcare informatics experience preferred.
• Experience working with Veterans Administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program management across engagements and projects.
• Stakeholder engagement with government, industry, and nonprofit partners.
• Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to support implementation.
• Design scalable collaboration platforms and cross-sector alignment.
