Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of project coordination, customer support, order management, or related experience.
• Experience with engineered products, manufacturing, industrial sectors preferred.
• Experience managing customer orders, quotations, invoicing, and project documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, specifications, plans, and orders to understand requirements for internal teams.
• Coordinate projects from order receipt to completion, including schedules, deliverables, and customer communications.
• Process and manage customer orders with pricing validation and timely entry into systems.
• Organize kickoff meetings and align teams on scope, schedules, and expectations.
• Monitor schedules and proactively communicate milestones, risks, and status.
• Coordinate shipping, delivery, invoicing, startup, commissioning, and closeout activities.
