Job summary

Nonprofit Finance Fund is seeking an Initiative Support Associate to strengthen project execution and client service within Consulting. This US-based remote role prioritizes candidates near NFF offices and requires coordinating projects, handling financial statements, and supporting engagement teams.

You will work across teams to ensure data accuracy, manage documentation, and help prepare client-facing deliverables while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project logistics, maintain plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Support invoicing, reporting, and documentation with internal/external partners.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up communications.
• Monitor tasks, communicate progress, risks, and needs; contribute to client deliverables.
