Job summary

Support Center, a nonprofit capacity building organization in New York, seeks a Program Associate to support intake, project scope writing, and client communications. You will manage contracting and documentation in Salesforce and contribute to portfolio management, reporting, and learning programs.

The role is full-time, based in New York with some remote flexibility and relocation discussions. Salary is $50,000 with health insurance, paid leave, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in a field relevant to Support Center’s work.
• Evidence of being part of a mission-driven social impact organization.
• Proven English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Interest in organizational impact and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• In coordination with leadership, manage and conduct client intakes, develop project scopes of work and write proposals and agreements.
• Coordinate client and consultant contracting in coordination with leadership and finance/ops.
• Contribute to ongoing project management across the portfolio with regular check-ins.
• Document information shared by clients and consultants in Salesforce for long-term client support.
• Manage client data, ensure data entry compliance, and generate Salesforce reports.
• Develop and support monthly professional development learning opportunities aligned with strategy.
