Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coord Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, focusing on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, manage service records, and handle POs while ensuring compliance and timely actions.

The role requires collaboration with managers, technicians, contractors, customers and legal or tax teams to resolve discrepancies and keep audits ready.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance or field service.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliant documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders and invoices.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint; strong recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and deliver accurate results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports, save documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, resolve invoice issues.
