Job summary

Conquer AI is hiring five Project Administrators to support delivery as we scale across regions. You will keep projects moving, track timelines, coordinate between teams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on, not a purely back-office role.

You will manage schedules, document progress, and communicate across time zones and cultures, contributing to efficient project execution and client satisfaction in a fast-growing AI environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a project administration, coordination or operations role.
• Excellent organisation and follow-through; manage multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, meetings and documentation across multiple live projects.
• Track deliverables and flag risks before they become problems.
• Support project leads with reporting, budgets and client-facing materials.
• Keep project trackers and shared systems accurate and up to date.
• Act as the point of contact for logistics questions from internal teams and clients.
