Buildots is seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to own North American projects from kickoff through full go-live, ensuring high-quality, on-time implementations. You will oversee system setup, client requests, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Customer Success, Product and Sales.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement to optimize delivery workflows and client value in a remote-first, hybrid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, technical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• PMP certification or similar training is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar PM tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American projects from kickoff through full go-live.
• Oversee system setup, client requests, and overall system stability.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and build strong relationships.
• Identify risks and escalation paths to resolve bottlenecks.
• Track KPIs and report on delivery health.
• Conduct post-project reviews to optimize workflows.
