• Collaborate with AI Product Owners and Directors to shape and prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Oversee projects at different stages of the pipeline: strategic visioning, shaping, and active development.
• Facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams, including those working with AI product development.
• Contribute to building and improving project management processes and infrastructure.
• Work effectively within multiple project management systems.

Qualifications

• 2‑3+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency environment or a role managing competing internal client priorities.
• Demonstrated experience with or strong understanding of generative AI platforms and related projects.
• Proven ability to proactively communicate project status, risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
