Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in financial project management, preferably government contracting.
• Minimum of 2 years of PCA experience preferred.
• Experience with construction contract accounting and project controls.
• Knowledge of government contracting terms (IDIQs, CLINs, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and report contract costs per contract terms.
• Lead Costpoint setup and training for FWG/HCSS teams.
• Monitor invoicing status and provide backup documentation.
• Review accounts payable and subcontractor invoices.
• Support contract closeout and funding validation.
• Prepare project budgets and variance reports.
