Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst (PCA)/Project Scheduler to partner with stakeholders and drive financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for complex projects. The role supports cost planning, variance analysis, and scheduling in a hybrid California environment with in-office days and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required.
• 2+ years Primavera P6 experience.
• 4+ years project controls experience.
• Experience managing project cost, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting for large-scale capital projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement controls to manage project financials and mitigate losses.
• Develop schedules to control cost plans and perform variance & earned value analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecast planning, reporting, and data management for project controls.
• Manage orders and ensure documentation is entered in the system.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and project documentation for compliance.
• Provide monthly cost/schedule reports and explanations of cost drivers.
• Coordinate schedule and cash flow with Project Manager and departments.
• Analyze monthly financial results and explain significant cost drivers to PM leadership.
