Job summary

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated Project Control Manager / Project Manager for a full-time remote position serving the DC area. The split role (50/50) focuses on project control and project management for a federal contracting team.

The candidate will handle budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and cost reporting, while coordinating with government stakeholders and ensuring compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field required and PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably with federal contracts.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Deltek CostPoint, MS Office, Jira, and project collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project control functions including planning, tracking, analysis and reporting across the project life cycle.
• Coordinate staffing, project planning, and budget management for contract support.
• Provide technical guidance to contractor teams and review work quality.
• Develop Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and Estimates at Completions (EACs).
• Produce financial deliverables weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and monitor cost performance.
• Manage subcontract invoices, purchase requests, and cost tracking in CostPoint.
• Provide leadership and communicate with government stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Ensure staffing complies with security requirements and contract terms.
