Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead IT program efforts in support of a government customer in the DMV. The role is a hybrid-remote position based in Washington, DC, with responsibilities across contract management, planning, and performance oversight.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT program management, PMP/PMI certification, and solid experience with Agile methodologies. Security clearance at Public Trust Level One is required or pursued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT program management experience.
• PMP/PMI certification.
• Minimum 5 years with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Public Trust Level One security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary POC for the contract and project management support.
• Develop work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee deployment of program criteria and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Interact with the COR, Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership.
• Responsible for program financials, employee reviews, customer relationships, quality management, staffing and team building.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services and expand the contract scope.
• Assist in developing management plans, procedures, and methodology.
• Provide accounting operations support and research accounting discrepancies.
