Systems Plus, Inc. seeks a senior IT Project Manager to deliver federal contracting projects with NIH involvement.

The role requires delivering within scope and budget, coordinating with CORs, and leading cross-functional teams through the full SDLC in a high‑tempo, government-focused environment. This full-time position offers remote work with some onsite presence in Bethesda, MD, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT project management experience in federal or defense environments.
• Experience leading IT projects of similar size and complexity.
• Proven ability to lead agile or iterative EPLCs.
• Experience working with government CORs and federal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for delivery including on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with NIH COR to provide project management support and report progress.
• Document, design, develop, test, and validate systems throughout the SDLC.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate status, risk and mitigation.
• Ensure quality in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
