Job summary

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP seeks a Project Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join our analytics team. This fully remote US role focuses on technology-enabled transaction support and collaboration with deal teams.

You will lead intake, budgeting, due diligence, contract review, and drafting for M&A, emerging companies, energy and infrastructure, using Gen AI tools and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• JD and bar in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2–6 years of project lead or supervisory experience.
• Significant eDiscovery experience, including TAR.
• Strong supervisory and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and litigation support software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project intake, staffing, workflow planning, budgeting, execution, documentation, and communication.
• Handle due diligence, contract review, drafting, and audits for M&A, emerging companies, energy, infrastructure, and more.
• Use Gen AI and machine learning tools.
• Collaborate with deal team attorneys, clients, and vendors to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and participate in a culture of innovation.
• Be part of a collaborative team fostering continuous improvement.
