Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented Project Accounting Support to manage Tier 2 supplier invoices from intake to payment. You will collaborate with Project Managers, the Finance Manager, and Operations to maintain accurate records and audit-ready files.

The role involves high-volume invoice processing, accurate coding in E1/Spend, and generating client invoice bundles. This position supports ongoing project accounting within a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in accounts payable, project accounting, invoicing, or billing.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and approvals.
• Proficient in Excel with lookups, filters and pivots.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial systems, especially E1/Spend and PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Tier 2 supplier invoice inbox and track approvals.
• Update invoice tracker with status, dates and references.
• Enter supplier invoices in E1/Spend with accurate coding.
• Create project JLL Fee invoices in PeopleSoft per agreements.
• Prepare manual invoice bundles for client submission.
• Respond to supplier payment inquiries promptly.
• Work with Finance Manager to monitor lifecycle and escalations.
• Support closeout reconciliation with Operations.
