Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated's Project & Development Services team seeks a detail-driven Project Accounting Support to power the financial backbone of client projects. You will manage Tier 2 supplier invoices from intake through payment, collaborating with Project Managers, the Finance Manager, and Operations to keep records audit-ready.

In this role you gain hands-on experience with E1/Spend and PeopleSoft, handle high-volume processing, and contribute to timely invoicing and closeouts.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of experience in accounts payable, project accounting, invoicing, or billing.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume invoice processing and approval workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, filters, and pivot tables.
• Experience with an ERP or financial system; knowledge of E1/Spend and PeopleSoft is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the Tier 2 supplier invoice inbox daily, logging submissions and following up on approvals.
• Keep the invoice tracker current with status, payment dates, and references.
• Enter supplier invoice data in E1/Spend with accurate coding and documentation.
• Create Project JLL Fee invoices in PeopleSoft per project agreements and billing schedules.
• Prepare manual invoice bundles for client submission.
• Respond to supplier payment inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Partner with the Finance Manager to monitor the invoice lifecycle and escalation issues.
• Maintain financial records and support closeout reconciliation with Operations.
