Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a detail-oriented Project Accounting Support to manage Tier 2 supplier invoices, coding in E1/Spend, and creating JLL Fee invoices in PeopleSoft. You will coordinate with Project Managers, the Finance Manager, and Operations to ensure accurate records and timely client submissions.

Required is 2+ years in AP or project accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in accounts payable, project accounting, invoicing, or billing.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and approval workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, filters, and pivot tables).
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of E1/Spend and PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Tier 2 supplier invoice inbox daily and track submissions.
• Log submissions, approvals, and payment dates in the invoice tracker.
• Enter supplier invoice data in E1/Spend with accurate coding.
• Create Project JLL Fee invoices in PeopleSoft per project agreements.
• Prepare manual invoice bundles for client submission.
• Support closeout reconciliation with Operations and monitor the invoice lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to escalate issues.
