Job summary

JLL – Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a detail-driven Project Accounting Support for a fully remote US-based role. You will manage Tier 2 supplier invoices, code data in E1/Spend and PeopleSoft, and assemble client invoice bundles in collaboration with Project Managers and the Finance Manager.

The position requires 2+ years in accounts payable or project accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in accounts payable, project accounting, invoicing, or billing.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume invoice processing and approval workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, filters, and pivot tables.
• Experience with an ERP or financial system; knowledge of E1/Spend and PeopleSoft is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Tier 2 supplier invoice inbox daily, logging submissions and following up on approvals.
• Keep the invoice tracker current with status, payment dates, and references.
• Enter supplier invoice data in E1/Spend with accurate coding and documentation.
• Create Project JLL Fee invoices in PeopleSoft per project agreements and billing schedules.
• Prepare manual invoice bundles for client submission.
• Respond to supplier payment inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Partner with the Finance Manager to monitor the invoice lifecycle and escalations.
• Maintain financial records and support closeout reconciliation with Operations.
