Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead financial and accounting operations for a dedicated Projects account. You will oversee invoicing, billing, forecasting, accruals, reporting, and system setup while coordinating with Project Managers, suppliers, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and mentorship of finance staff to deliver accurate, timely financials for client accounts.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience managing finance operations, project accounting, invoicing, forecasting, accruals, or related activities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or oversee team members and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to review financial data, identify variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end project invoice workflow, approvals, and bundles.
• Lead forecasting, accruals, and month-end close activities.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across systems and processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to finance staff.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
