Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a detail-driven Project Accounting Support to manage Tier 2 supplier invoices from intake to payment and closeout. You will collaborate with Project Managers, the Finance Manager, and Operations to ensure invoices are accurate and client bundles are complete.

The role requires 2+ years in accounts payable or project accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with E1/Spend and PeopleSoft. Remote work options available across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in accounts payable, project accounting, invoicing, or billing.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume invoice processing and approval workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, filters, and pivot tables.
• Experience with an ERP or financial system; knowledge of E1/Spend and PeopleSoft is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Tier 2 supplier invoice inbox daily, logging submissions and following up on approvals.
• Keep the invoice tracker current with status, payment dates, and references.
• Enter supplier invoice data in E1/Spend with accurate coding and documentation.
• Create Project JLL Fee invoices in PeopleSoft per project agreements and billing schedules.
• Prepare manual invoice bundles for client submission.
• Respond to supplier payment inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Partner with the Finance Manager to monitor the invoice lifecycle and escalation issues.
• Maintain financial records and support closeout reconciliation with Operations.
