Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead financial operations for a dedicated projects account. You will oversee invoicing, forecasting, accruals, and reporting, serving as the primary financial liaison among client teams and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in finance operations and deep experience with ERP tools such as PeopleSoft, E1/Spend, Salesforce, and Certinia.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience managing finance operations or related account finance activities.
• Ability to lead and coach finance staff across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to review financial data, identify variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project invoice workflow, tracking approvals and delays.
• Prepare manual invoices and project invoice bundles with supporting docs.
• Enter invoices in PeopleSoft, assign numbers, and bundle for review.
• Coordinate Accounts Receivable and monitor Accounts Payable processes.
• Lead forecasting and accrual activities with Project Managers.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Act as primary client financial contact and communicate requirements clearly.
• Identify process improvements to enhance controls and reporting.
